Mackie Control protocol messages used with Grid

Mackie Control is a protocol which is supported by many digital audio workstations and other creative apps which have built in audio mixing options.

With Mackie Control, Grid acts as a control surface meant for most common channel and instrument controls, automatically mapping to select areas of the target application.

The protocol is rather undocumented, but should work with combination of MIDI and sysex messages sent by Grid.
